KICK BOXING

Kickboxing involves kicking and punching. It is an activity that jointly developed from Boxing and Karate. It is useful for self-defense for girls, women, and gents. The coaches at RGHC train you for proper Kickboxing. It includes moves of Muay Thai, a kind of Martial Arts. Both kicks and punches are allowed in it. Unlike Muay Thai, knees and elbows are not permitted to apply in it. The Points of Touch (POT) are limited to the hands and feet of the participants.
