Joseph Pilates, A Physical Trainer, first introduced Pilates into the USA during 1920 to support injured athletes and dancers. It safely restores them to do exercise while maintaining fitness. It has been approved by the general community later. It requires proper concentration. It stretches all muscles in your body through movement. During its workout, your muscles never worked to exhaustion so there will be no straining and sweating as well. Numerous exercises are involved in the workout that performed in low repetitions of 5 to 10 times, over a session of 30 to 45 minutes.
